Valve manufacturers conduct air intake testing on each valve before leaving the factory. Due to the large quantity, many factories use high-pressure air compressors to supply gas for batch testing. As the pressure of the valves produced varies, there are also requirements for the air pressure of the air compressors. High pressure air compressor: The pressure and flow rate are determined by the pressure and quantity of the factory valves. Low pressure valves generally purchase air compressors with a pressure of 60 kilograms. If there are medium to high pressure valves, a high-pressure air compressor with a pressure of 300-400 kilograms should be selected.
High pressure gas cylinder group: The compressed gas from the high-pressure air compressor needs to be stored in the high-pressure gas cylinder to supply gas to the detection device.
Busbar: A busbar is installed at the output port of a high-pressure gas cylinder, dividing the high-pressure gas from the cylinder into several or more paths to meet the needs of multiple detection lines or gas supply settings.
High pressure reducing valve: provides constant pressure gas for each component that needs to be tested. The flexibility of the specific gas output of the high-pressure pressure reducing valve can be adjusted at any time.
